Our 11" Diameter 1,000 Nm, 738 ft/lb. This One Motion Mag-Drive is moving 10,000 lbs. of product per hour for less than 400 watts of power.


Reliability: The Mag-Drive eliminated: External 2 hp (1,500 watts) electric motor, 160:1 reduction (2 gearboxes). These devices contained 24 bearings plus the 2 bearings used to support the existing pulley. This Mag-Drive has three bearings that are rotating at less than 5 RPM.


This unit can operate from 0 RPM to 128 RPM, the normal range for this application is .5 RPM (1 Hz) to 5 RPM (10 Hz).
